Celebrate the Palate and the Palette at Daniel's of Nobleton from June 1 to August 31, with a special meet the artists dinner on June 3rd. Join us for a series of 8 family outdoor Movies on the Lawn June through September - June 13 and 27. The annual Dufferin Marsh Wine Tasting is on June 16th. The 2nd Annual 3 day Kingfest Music Celebration, from June 22, 23 & 24 will feature Bruce Cockburn, Prairie Oyster, with great performers being added daily (download the Event Flyer).
Movies on the Lawn on 34 foot screen, airing July 11 and July 25. Arts Society King scheduled events include the Kick-Off Soiree on July 15th, Studio Tour King July 21st and July 22nd and Art Workshops July 16th - July 20th. King Swings Jazz Festivals 10th season from July 19 - 21 features Jeff Healey, Hot Antics Jazz from France, Mike "Bird" Stevens and the Harmonica Knights. The King Museum hosts a summer concert series on July 22 and 29 and other heritage and cultural events all year long.

The official summer season starts with the 41st Nobleton Victoria Day Fair and Fireworks May 21st, followed by the 157th Schomberg Agricultural Fair May 24 - May 27. The Dufferin MarshBird Walk on May 27th. King Parks, Recreation and Culture have many on-going family and children's programs and activities.
Cold Creek Day on June 9th features: Retriever demonstrations and training, Environmental photography contest, Good Guys cart dogs, "Art in the Park", Making Bird Feeders from recycled material. The Oak Ridges Moraine Trail Association "Moraine for Life Adventure Relay and Scavenger Hunt" scheduled for June 16th and 17th, 2007 with a guided hike on the 17th. King opens it's gardens to the public with two Garden Tours, the Schomberg tour is on July 8th, and the Nobleton King City tour on July 15th.
August 18 marks the 4th Annual Dragon Boat Festival at Seneca College King Campus. The 8th Annual Sprucewood International Radio Control Car Races are from August 23 - 26.
